I wouldn’t consider myself having all the luxuries in life at all. I might seem like I have everything, but that’s only because I make the most out of the things I have. If you get to know me more, you’d understand that I am not a materialistic person. And I wouldn’t need much to prove that to you.

Trust me, I am just like any average lower middle class citizen who is living a paycheck or two away from being homeless. I work hard for everything I have and believe it or not, I don’t have much. My family and I don’t have much. I am not even embarrassed to admit that. 

Due to the current situation I am, it drives me to work even harder. My parents are still the best parents even though they might not be able to provide beyond my necessities. But you know what? I am thankful for that. I didn’t grow up spoiled. I grew up striving for things that are worth working hard for.

My parents? They are the most hardworking people I know. We’re not well off but we have each other. They are there to support me with the best of their abilities. If you call that luxury, then I admit. I am pretty luxurious to have them both. 

I wouldn’t say I am a perfect girl. I don’t believe in the idea of perfection. But I can honestly say that I am somebody who struggles for progress. Progress in every possible aspect I can work towards, that is.
